My phone is officially unusable.
I downloaded ALL the playlists I care about from spotify to my mp3 player. Removing aux cords was so stupid. I HATE CAPITALISM.
Today I walked out the house with only my mp3 player and wallet (my car is broken too btw and I need to get a new one) I felt oddly free.
At work I literally had no distraction so I could really just do the best I can at helping these kids. I can only listen to music at certain times. It’s chill.
Even at home I feel like I can finally breathe again, I watched a movie for the first time in forever.

It was Mononoke Chapter II, I saw the series a few years ago and fell in love with its artistic direction and styling and the movie really turned all of this up to another degree for something really beautiful. Especially with its storytelling of how emotional weight carries itself to affect others even in death, *especially* if they’re not dealt with effectively.
It got me thinking.
Todays video of 60 Days of Ambidexterity was ‘They murdered her’, a very dramatic telling about how I felt super sad about seeing some grass get cut. But this really was something deeper for me. I feel there is a passion for life that we get to really thrive next to when we see other forms of life getting to exist freely.
and that has been something consistently gutted out from us.
The sadness I felt was deeper… the inklings for the birthing of a MONONOKE!!
We stomp out life and nature as if we are above it, attaching ourselves to fleeting control of life in the name of power for what. Life gets worse and your comforts mean less. The ache in your heart is satiated less and its harder to find any meaning with each step you take down this path.
We can let life thrive in its beauty and have our concrete prisons beside it, it’s a choice to make ALL these things worse. and it too is a choice to let this continue.
It all goes back to capitalism, and ultimately it is against life itself to continue in this manner and it’s beyond frustrating to enter in my young adulthood seeing that my options are still slavery or death.
anyways watch the video
