What brands do you associate with?

I try my best not to associate myself with brands, it may sound pretentious but it’s just my truth.

Even with what I’ve started up for myself those brands only serve as the bedrock by which human expression can be viewed and experienced.

I feel that associating any part of my identity with a brand only comes to diminish me. Like I may like adidas and nike or whatever but no piece of me could ever say I feel fully comfortable associating myself with it.

The products and services that brands provides are nothing more than tools and we are not our tools. Yall get me?
