What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

This is going to sound pretentious but when I’m thinking about exercise I think of everyday life.

I’ve done an extraordinary amount of thinking about exercise and it’s sometimes so easy to over complicate it.

For me it needs to be breathing.

Taking deep breaths is something that shocks me with the difficulty sometimes.

I’m forced to sit back and be attentive to my body and my constrictions, feel it and let it go over and over.

Each breath I take renews and empties me.

Although not physical exercise in its colloquial sense the challenge of connecting with myself that it provides forces me to grow in new ways each time i choose to focus on it.
